Bookings for my next Colour Swatch Journal Group which starts on August 1st, close on 26th June.
Over four months we’ll explore colour through knitting swatches, building a personal swatch journal that will help you develop confidence with colour choices, contrast, value, colour blending, pattern design and visual storytelling through yarn as well as reflect on your journey.
The photographs above show just a small selection of the swatches, experiments and discoveries that have come from my current group. What has delighted me most is seeing how differently each participant interprets the same prompts and how their understanding of colour grows week by week.
Each month (on the 1st) you’ll receive a detailed PDF packed with knitting and colour exercises, charts, tutorials, research and inspiration. You’ll also have access to our private group where we can share work, ask questions and learn from one another and on the last Sunday of every month until the end of November, we all meet for a zoom Q&A session
